Prior to and during my time at Sloan, I have gained experience in and exposure to teaching at the undergraduate, masters, and executive levels on a variety of topics related to Organizational Behavior. I am interested in teaching courses on Organizational Behavior as well as topics related to my research on collaboration, leadership, organizational culture, power, innovation and strategy implementation. I would also welcome the opportunity to teach doctoral courses on qualitative research methods. I have spent over a decade doing field research in organizations around the world and have extensive experience working with executive groups in a range of industries.
